What does this mean and what do I have to do?A. Many candidates are interviewed by BCPSS recruiters at college/university on-campus Education Career Fairs. Applicants who do not interview with recruiters may be contacted by phone or email to arrange for either a telephone or on-site interview. Q. What takes place at Teacher Placement Fairs? A. Each year the BCPSS hosts Teacher Placement Fairs. Since teachers are normally not arbitrarily assigned to schools, these events are used to start the teacher assignment process.
